Unlike conventional dryers, it incorporates a vent–chimney mechanism that enables efficient removal of moisture-laden air, ensuring better and more uniform drying even in high humidity. The dryer is suitable for small farmers, SHGs, and rural enterprises for value addition of agricultural produce.
